The Feast And Famine Loop
One month you are turning people away, the next you are refreshing an empty calendar. Revenue swings by fifty percent because lead flow depends on how much energy you had last week.
You are good at the work. That was never the problem. The problem is a calendar that only fills when you hustle it full. We install a paid acquisition system on Meta that turns cold strangers into qualified applications and booked calls at a cost you can actually forecast.
Cost Per Booked Call / Tracked Daily
If you stopped posting and messaging for fourteen days, would anything still land in your calendar? That answer is the whole diagnosis.
One month you are turning people away, the next you are refreshing an empty calendar. Revenue swings by fifty percent because lead flow depends on how much energy you had last week.
Manual outreach is a job, not a channel. It does not compound, it cannot be delegated cleanly, and the moment you stop typing, the pipeline stops moving.
Referrals are wonderful and completely uncontrollable. You cannot open the tap when you need four more clients this quarter, and you cannot forecast a business on other people's goodwill.
Free discovery calls with people who were never going to pay burn the most expensive thing you own: your calendar. Without a qualification layer, you sell to browsers instead of buyers.
Posting daily and hoping something lands is a lottery ticket with a content calendar attached. Reach is not demand. Applause is not an application form.
Someone raised a hand three weeks ago and nobody followed up. No sequence, no SMS, no reminder before the call. You already paid for that lead in time or in ad spend, and then you let it die.
We do not sell ad management. We build the whole path from a cold scroll on Meta to a signed client, then we hand you the dashboard that proves it works.
Before any budget moves, we rebuild the promise. Who exactly you serve, the outcome you own, the timeframe, the proof and the price. Vague offers are the single most expensive thing in coaching.
Facebook and Instagram campaigns engineered for booked calls, not reach. Structured testing on angles, hooks and creative until we find the combinations that produce applications at a workable cost.
An application that filters. Budget, timeline, current situation and readiness are asked before anyone touches your calendar, so you only ever sit across from people who can actually say yes.
Pages built to convert cold traffic, not to win design awards. We write the copy, sequence the proof and script the video so the argument is already won before the call starts.
Email and SMS sequences that work the pipeline while you coach. Confirmations, reminders, no-show recovery, long-term nurture for the people who said "not yet" and meant it.
One dashboard, honest numbers. Cost per application, cost per booked call, show-up rate, close rate and cost per closed client. If a number moves the wrong way, you hear it from us first.
Aggregated across coaching and consulting accounts we have run on Meta. Every business is different and results vary with offer, price point, market and sales skill. Nothing here is a guarantee of income.
Five stages. No mystery, no month-long discovery phase billed as strategy. You always know what is being built and what happens next.
We pull apart your current offer, pricing, past ad accounts and sales calls. We tell you plainly whether paid traffic will work for you right now, and if it will not, we say so before you sign anything.
Week 0We sharpen the promise until a stranger can repeat it back. Outcome, mechanism, timeframe, price, risk reversal. This is where most of the eventual performance is decided, long before a single impression is served.
Week 1Landing page, VSL script, application form, calendar logic, email and SMS sequences, tracking and pixel setup. You review once, we ship. Everything is built in your accounts so you own it permanently.
Week 1 – 2Campaigns go live with a deliberate testing matrix across angles, hooks and formats. The first two to three weeks are about buying data cheaply and killing what does not work quickly.
Week 2 – 5Once cost per booked call is stable, we push budget, refresh creative before fatigue hits and tighten the qualification layer so quality holds as volume climbs. Weekly readouts, monthly strategy resets.
Month 2+Client statements shared with permission. Individual results depend on offer, market and execution, and they are not typical or guaranteed.
I was sending sixty DMs a day to keep four clients on the books. Ninety days in, applications come to me overnight and I spend my mornings coaching instead of pitching. My cost per booked call has stayed under a hundred and ten dollars since week six.
The offer rewrite alone changed the business. Same expertise, completely different promise, and suddenly people show up to calls already sold. We moved from twelve thousand a month to just over forty in two quarters, with a calendar I can actually plan around.
What sold me was the honesty. They told me my price point was too low for paid traffic and made me fix it first. Show-up rate went from around half to just above seventy-five percent once the reminder sequences went live, and no lead goes quiet anymore.
Management fees only. Ad budget is paid directly to Meta and sits outside these numbers. We take on a limited number of coaching accounts per month so nothing is run on autopilot.
For coaches who have an audience and revenue but no functioning acquisition asset. We build the machine and hand you the keys.
The full system, built and then driven by us. Recommended minimum ad budget of six thousand dollars a month on top.
For established coaches and consultancies past thirty thousand a month who want volume without losing lead quality.
The questions every serious coach asks before spending a dollar on Meta. If yours is not here, ask it on WhatsApp and you will get a real reply.
We ask for a minimum of one hundred and fifty dollars a day, which is roughly forty-five hundred a month, and we recommend six thousand for a serious learning phase. Below that, Meta simply does not gather enough data for us to identify which angles and creatives work, and every decision becomes a guess. That budget is paid directly to Meta and is completely separate from our management fee. If your current cash position makes that uncomfortable, tell us on the call and we will be honest about whether now is the right moment.
Yes, because paid traffic does not borrow from an existing audience, it buys attention from strangers. Most of our coaching clients have modest followings and win anyway, because the offer and the funnel carry the argument rather than the follower count. What you do need is proof: results you have produced, case studies, a credible background or a clear mechanism. If you have never delivered the outcome you sell, ads will only accelerate a problem we would rather fix first.
We treat closing as part of the system, not as your problem alone. Every week we look at show-up rate, offers made and close rate, and we review recordings of real calls to find where the conversation breaks. Sometimes the fix is upstream in the qualification questions, sometimes it is the price, sometimes it is a script that talks about features instead of outcomes. We will iterate with you on all of it, though we are direct about one thing: we can fill your calendar with qualified people, and the conversation itself still has to be led well.
We do. Copy, angles, hooks, the landing page and the VSL structure are all written by our team, because performance lives in the words far more than in the design. You will be interviewed at the start so we capture your voice, your beliefs and the stories that only you can tell, and you approve everything before it goes live. If you appear on camera, we give you a script and a shot list so filming takes an afternoon rather than a week. Design is deliberately restrained: we build pages that convert cold traffic, not portfolio pieces.
Build takes one to two weeks, and the first booked calls from paid traffic typically arrive within days of launch. The honest picture is that the first two to three weeks are a learning phase where we are buying data and killing losing angles, so cost per booked call starts high and comes down. Most accounts reach a stable, forecastable cost somewhere between day thirty and day sixty, which is exactly why we ask for a ninety-day commitment. Anyone promising a predictable pipeline in week one is selling you a story, and results genuinely vary by offer, price point and market.
You do not need a webinar, and for most one-to-one and group coaching offers we deliberately avoid them. A short video sales letter of six to twelve minutes on the landing page usually does the job: it explains the mechanism, handles the obvious objections and pre-sells the call. For offers above roughly fifteen thousand dollars, or for complex consulting engagements, a longer format can be worth building once the direct path is already profitable. We decide based on your price point and sales cycle, not on what is fashionable this quarter.
Partner access to your Meta Business Manager, ad account and Facebook page, plus a payment method on the ad account that stays in your name. On the funnel side we need a scheduling tool such as Calendly or a CRM calendar, an email and SMS platform, and a domain or subdomain where the landing page can live. If you do not have these yet, we will specify the shortest stack that does the job and set it up with you. Everything is built inside accounts you own, so if we ever part ways you keep the pages, the sequences, the pixel data and the audiences.
You submit the application on this page and we review it within one business day. If it looks like a fit, you get a link to book a strategy call where we pull apart your offer, your numbers and your current lead flow, and you leave with a clear read on whether paid acquisition makes sense for you right now. If we both want to proceed, you receive an agreement and an onboarding form the same day, and we schedule a ninety-minute kickoff within a week. From kickoff, the build clock starts and you get a written plan with dates attached.
Two minutes to complete. We review every application by hand and reply within one business day, including when the answer is no.
We review every application by hand. If it looks like a fit, you will get a booking link from [email protected] within one business day. Want to jump the queue? Message us on WhatsApp.
We take on a limited number of coaching accounts each month so every build gets real attention. If the fit is right, we move fast.
